RC3 LACROSSE
YOUR PERSONAL GUIDE ON THE RECRUITING JOURNEY
The recruiting process is complicated and many families find out too late that they didn't have the information they needed when they needed it. These missed steps lead to a slower recruiting process and cost your athlete opportunities. Whether it's knowing when to sign up for showcases, which prospect days to attend, how and when to send emails to college coaches, or how to create and post a highlight reel, the Recruiting Roadmap course will make sure that you and your athlete are checking each box and properly managing your own process.
As a former HS coach who helped to place almost 200 athletes in collegiate programs, and a father who has helped to manage the recruiting process for my 3 sons who have all committed to ACC schools, you can be sure that the information that I provide to you and your athlete is accurate, timely and most importantly proven to work.
My relationships within the lacrosse community are extensive and far reaching. As a head coach in the PLL, I am constantly communicating with college coaches to discuss their players and how they might be a fit for the Carolina Chaos.

Parents & Players,
I would like to join you on your journey to collegiate lacrosse!
After finishing the final recruiting cycle with my youngest son, and sending my 3 sons to ACC schools, I have been approached by parents looking for advice, information and tips on the recruiting process. It has become clear to me that parents & athletes simply aren’t getting the information they need to navigate this process effectively. And, it happens to be one of my favorite things to discuss. I have helped hundreds of athletes navigate the recruiting process in my team as a HS coach, club director, and HS coach for club lacrosse. Every journey is different, but each one follows a similar path, The Recruiting Roadmap.
